Well, I just got over my first ear infection. Yep, mommy took me to the doctor because I had the poots and she thought it was keeping me up at night. Turns out it was my ears. I guess I need to be more obvious next time...mommy says I was being too subtle with my signs. Anyway, she took me back to the doctor today because she thought I still had an ear infection (she's really confused)...and what do you know, I'm fine. So, they're guessing my reflux is acting up worse. I thought by screaming several times during the night for the last few weeks that they would figure that out, but again, I guess I'm being too subtle. I need to be a little more like mommy and get straight to the point. Anyway, they switched my medicine so mommy has high hopes this week. Maybe if she laid off that red sauce....

I've found my feet!! Look at me!!! I can touch them and use them to kick the little puffer fish on my kick gym! I can also kick Baby Neptune in the head and make him swing around. Mommy is really happy because this occupies me for as much as 10 minutes at a time!!!

I've also learned to make a new sound. It's kind of like a raspberry sound where I spit with my toungue while my lips are closed. It makes mommy laugh really hard so I like to do it often.

My favorite thing to do lately is take baths. I like the way the water splashes really hard when I kick. We play a game where mommy squirts me with my Nemo toy that Daddy gave me and I try to kick hard enough to get her wet too!! Daddy comes home in two weeks!! I can't wait to show him what I've learned. I wonder if I can kick hard enough by then to get him in the face? I'll have to keep practicing.

Learning to Read!!



Here's mommy teaching me how to read. Mostly I just like the pictures....they taste good. What I am really learning how to do is take my pacifier in and out of my mouth. I can get it out pretty easily, but I can't quite fit it back in my mouth the way it's supposed to go. I like to chew on the edges of it though and see if I can fit my thumb in with it. Then I like to scream for mommy to come fix it right. It's a fun game we play. It's fun to see how many times I can make mommy come to me during a nap time. She's pretty fast!!

Has everyone met my doggie? Here she is looking very sophisticated with her beaver toy. Mommy says she's gained a little weight since I've been born, but I can't tell.
